​Mr. Stefano Ferrari and Mr. Fausto Bianchi, two Italian entrepreneurs, had successful careers in their respective sectors before deciding to team up in 2006.

​Their goal was to create a group capable of operating successfully across various sectors, such as: EOR for oil wells, Foaming agents for liquid removal in gas wells, Oil and gas pipeline cleaning using active nanoparticles, Products for the Bioremediation of chloride-contaminated soil and hydrocarbon-contaminated soil/water, Industrial EPC for Oil & Gas, Water treatment using cavitation, High Tech, and Energy-saving products. For each sector, they joined forces with talented individuals encountered throughout their careers to deliver top-tier products (manufactured in-house or through third-party partners) and services (provided directly or through partners).

​Today, Complus Systems provides customers with high-quality products and services, predominantly manufactured or provided in-house, and sourced mainly from the USA and EU.
